About the Event
The Westchester County Distinguished Citizen Award Dinner recognizes exceptional community leadership while supporting the Greater Hudson Valley Council’s mission to prepare young people for life. Our Council serves more than 7,500 families across seven counties, including over 2,500 Scouts in Westchester alone. With the support of more than 4,000 dedicated adult volunteers and three camp properties offering year-round programs, Scouting continues to build character, leadership, and life skills for youth throughout our region.
Your participation in this event helps ensure that today’s young people have access to the same meaningful Scouting experiences that have shaped generations of leaders.
