How do I register? REGISTRATION LINK HERE
- How much does it cost?
- Cub Scout registration is $30 per Scout (late fee $35, day of walk-in $40). Price includes patch.
- Adult participant is $15 per adult (late fee $20, day of walk-in $20) Price includes patch.
- Units running stations and event volunteers, no charge (but you must register)
- Extra patches are $3 each, available at the Thunderbird trading post
- Youth under age 2, no charge
- Are there camping facilities available? Durland Scout Reservation and Camp Bullowa will be open for units to book camp sites and cabins on Aug. 1. Please use the regular camp registration system to book. This will be on a first come first serve bases when the registration system opens on Aug. 1 . There will be no programs scheduled at either camp.
- Are there tickets to get into Thunderbird Games? Once you register, you will be mailed a wristband or can choose to pick it up at our office. Please have this wristband on in the car to make check in fast and easy. (**you cannot pickup your wristbands at the park).
- How will check in work at FDR Park? There are two entrances into the park. Both will be open. Please stop at the gate and show your wristband to the staff. If you are dropping off or purchasing day of tickets, there will be another lane open at the gate that will lead you to an area to make your transaction/drop off.
- Will it be easy to park as a day participant? Yes. There are many lined parking spots at FDR Park. We will have a parking crew guiding you to an open lot. Please follow signs and look for parking attendants onsite.
- Trading Post? Super Hero Capes, patches, tee shirts, sweatshirts, candy, and other items will be available for purchase at the trading post.
- Games Staff: When you register on the webpage, please fill out text box to write which program you would like to run or if the committee can assign you to a game. Thunderbird Chairman Brian Colucci will reach out to confirm your station.
CHECK IN:
NO TICKETS!! You can pick up your official Thunderbird Games wristband at the Fishkill office, or choose to have it mailed to you when you register. Registration closes on Oct. 9th so you have time to get the bands in the mail and distribute them to your family/unit before Oct. 18. **Don't forget your wristbands, as we would hate to have to charge you again.
PLEASE have your wristbands on in the car when you enter one of the two FDR Park entrance gates. Everyone having a wristband on in the car will be the fastest way to get through the gate and to the games. Once you are through the gate, just park and go have fun.
Day of entry is available, you will be directed to a side line where registration volunteers will assist you in your car.
