Summer Camp is the crowning program of Scouting.  Scouts work all year to prepare for a week at Summer Camp.  Curtis S. Read Scout Reservation (your camp) is one of the best BSA Camping Experiences in the country.  One of the major factors in keeping Read such a great summer experience is the staff. Since 2019, we have been investing in the Camp Staff in many ways.  But the one that has made the most impact are the new Staff Cabins.  These 14 X 10 Cabins have made a huge difference in the lives of the Staff.  We have been able to add 25 Cabins over the past 6 years.  

The price for 2026 cabins is $8,000 and you have up to 2 years to make your final payment. 

As a Thank You for purchasing a unit, a plaque with a dedication that you choose will be placed in your donated unit. In this way, you will be a part of the living legacy of Curtis S.
