The Dutchess County Distinguished Citizen Award Dinner recognizes exceptional community leadership while supporting the mission of the Greater Hudson Valley Council, Scouting America. Through programs that build character, leadership, and service, Scouting prepares young people for life while strengthening communities across the Hudson Valley.
