Greater Hudson Valley Council has been asked to test a new online product sale managed by the National office. Please be patient as any issues are troubleshooted during the sale.
Step 1: Unit Leadership Contact: Fill out this form - Why? So we know who to send the commission check to, and so National can make sure you have access to create the campaign in your scouting.org profile (using your my.scouting credentials).
Step 2: Leader Campaign Sign-Up: Once you are notified by the Council that you have access to the campaign, watch the videos below and then register your unit at https://donations.scouting.org/#/sales-platform
The Grads & Dads fudge sale end June 30, 2025. Products ship directly to the purchaser. Council and units do not have to order, track, store, or deliver products. Commission checks will be mailed at the end of the sale to the unit leader that filled out the sign-up form. Checks will be mailed July 15, please look for them in the mail, there will be a fee if checks are not cashed and need to be reissued.
