Dear fellow Scouters:
Dave D'Lugin has gone home. He peacefully passed at the age of 86, about 3:30pm, yesterday. He was home with family.
His wife, Judy, has asked me to "contact the Scouts." Please forward the following information from Judy to anybody you might think would appreciate being informed of the circumstances. Judy has told me that the arrangements are as follows:
Funeral: Friday, May 23, 11:AM
Weinstein Memorial Chapel
1652 Central Park Avenue
Yonkers, New York
Internment immediately follows funeral ceremony.
I have been told that the funeral location on Central Park Avenue is across from Roosevelt High School, at Tuckahoe Road.
