Announcing the 2025 Camp Fees & Unit Rewards Program!
All Troops attending Camp Read in 2024 are automatically enrolled in the program.
Scouts BSA:
Standard Fee: $645.00 per Scout (No change from last year)
Deposit: $200 due by 3/31/25 ($500 for Treks)
Final Payment: Due by 5/15/25
Late Fee: $30 (excludes new Scouts who joined in the current calendar year)
Super Troopers: $675.00 (for Scouts attending without their troop)
Free Leaders:
5-20 Scouts: 2 leaders free
Additional free leader for every 10 Scouts beyond 20 (e.g., 21+ Scouts = 3 free leaders, 31+ Scouts = 4 free leaders)
Additional Leaders:
$280.00 per full week
Deposit: $50 Due by 3/31/25
Final Payment: Due by 5/15/25
$50 per night for partial week
Late Fee: $20
Discounts:
Sibling Discount: $50 off for each additional sibling attending Camp Read
Multi-Week Discount: $100 off for the 2nd week a Scout attends Camp Read
Camperships
Scholarships: Available to all Scouts attending Camp Read
