Annual Meeting of the Greater Hudson Valley Council, BSA

TO: Charter Organization Representatives

As a Charter Organization Representative, you are the spokesperson for the Units that are sponsored by your organization. This position also makes you a VOTING MEMBER of the Greater Hudson Valley Council. Therefore, we would like to encourage you to attend the Annual Meeting of the Greater Hudson Valley Council, Inc., Boy Scouts of America. The Meeting will be held on Monday, April 17th, 2023 at 7:30pm via Zoom.

We need you to pre-register so that we can send you the Agenda, Meeting Packet that includes the Financial Reports, Voting Slates and the Official Zoom Link for the Meeting.
