We understand the frustrations that have come with the National Council’s new online rechartering system. We are working on fixing all the issues the best we can at the Council level, but the system is operated by the National Council and they are working to fix the problems. If you have submitted your recharter to the Council, you can continue to meet and order advancement. Scoutbook will be available after your 2022 Charter is processed.
